Step 1: The Curated Setup & Go-Live

We start by integrating the vintage-style phone (your Audio Guest Book) into your event design. We work with your planner to select the perfect spot—a quiet lounge, an elegant console table, or near your custom backdrop. The phone will be set up  pre-programmed with a personalized welcome message recorded by you or person of choice. 

Step 2: The Guest Experience

During the event, your guests will simply:
Lift the Receiver.  Wait for the Tone.  After the beep, guests leave their heartfelt message, funny, or loving advice.
Hang Up: The message is automatically saved as a high-fidelity digital recording.

Step 3: Heirloom Delivery & Final Keepsake

Within a week of your event, we deliver the final keepsake to you.
